Agensi Pekerjaan Starec Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking a technically inclined Sales Executive to develop and manage B2B opportunities, focusing on battery and charger solutions.

You will conduct site visits, propose suitable solutions, and build long-term relationships with customers while meeting sales targets. Requires Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Business and 2–3 years in technical or industrial sales. Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales or industrial product sales.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Sales driven, self motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct customer site visits to understand operations, requirements and applications.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Recommend suitable battery and charger solutions based on customer needs and equipment specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations to customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, quotations and customer documentation.
