Job summary

Camel Power in Kulai, Johor is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive end-customer engagement and implement sales and promotion policies. You will manage channel operations, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with the Marketing Planning Dept. to execute campaigns for customers served by the company.

The role requires 1 year of sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to travel; proficiency with MS Office and report writing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience (or more)
• Flexible in travelling or relocate and able to travel on short notice
• SPM, Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, International Business, Business Studies or its equivalent
• Strong customer focus and ability to understand end-user needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Willing to travel within Kulai, Johor

Responsibilities

• Visit end customers regularly and understand end users’ needs; implement sales and promotion policies.
• Prepare daily work reports and work plans; accept guidance from superiors.
• Understand channel management and operations; monitor terminal situations.
• Investigate market and competitor product dynamics to stay informed.
• Listen to customers, collect feedback, and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing Planning Dept. on planning, organizing, and executing marketing activities for customers served by the company.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

1. Visit end customers regularly, understand end users needs, implement sales policies & promotion policies.

2. Prepare daily work summary report, work plan, to superior regulary, accept boss guidance & advise.

3. Understand channel management & operation, understand terminal situation.

4. Investigate and understand the market and new product dynamics of competitor.

5. Good listening & care about customer needs, feedback customer needs to the company, improve customer satisfaction.

6. Cooperate with the Marketing Planning Dept. of the company, organize the department to participate in the planning, organization and implementation of the marketing activities, brand promotion and public relations activities of the customers served by company.

7. Handle other tasks temporarily assigned by GM
