Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years of experience to manage quantity surveying tasks and assist in costing, measurement and take-off. You will prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender documents, and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires good communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying and related duties.
• Assist with project costing, measurement and quantity take-off.
• Prepare and review quotations, cost estimates and related documents.
• Assist with tender preparation and submission.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and relevant parties.
• Perform other duties related to quantity surveying as assigned
