Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior QA/Application Support Engineer to help set up new datasets, databases, and configurations for projects. You will provide technical support, conduct application testing, and train users for Retail AIM and related systems.

You will assist in tenant onboarding, perform data configuration, and coordinate with the development team to resolve software limitations, bugs, and enhancements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of technical support experience.
• Experience in SQL, Windows software, and mobile apps setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional software training, technical support, and troubleshooting for users.
• Assist in new tenant onboarding, including system setup and data configuration activities.
• Create, configure, and test application data to support implementation and validation activities.
• Perform functional testing to identify application errors, bugs, and usability issues before and after release.
• Report creation, validation, and updates.
• Identify application errors/bugs and guide users through diagnosis and resolution.
• Respond to user inquiries via support channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Support UAT activities and post-deployment validation to ensure system quality.
