Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior QA/ Application Support Engineer to set up new datasets, databases and configuration works for projects.

You will provide professional technical support, troubleshooting, application testing, and training for RetailAIM and related systems. Coordinate with the development team to resolve software limitations, bugs, and enhancement requests. You will perform functional testing, UAT support, and assist with onboarding and data

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related subject (or equivalent training/work experience).
• 1-2 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional software training, technical support, and troubleshooting for users.
• Assist in new tenant onboarding including system setup and data configuration.
• Create, configure, and test application data to support implementation and validation activities.
• Perform functional testing to identify errors and usability issues.
• Report creation, validation and update.
• Guide users through issue diagnosis and resolution.
