Job summary

Menang Nusantara in Malaysia seeks a Procurement Executive to handle sourcing, price negotiations, and supplier comparison for local and overseas materials. You will prepare and email purchase orders, monitor delivery, and ensure timely fulfillment of goods and services.

You will conduct 3-way matching of PO, DO and invoices, maintain records, support audits, and assist with supplier evaluation and performance management, contributing to department and company goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates or junior executives are encouraged; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to read/write/speak English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• To perform sourcing, price negotiation and comparison for materials from local/overseas suppliers.
• To prepare and email purchase orders, monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• To perform 3-ways matching of PO, DO and Invoices; goods receipt in system; submit to Finance for payment.
• To liaise with relevant department if delivery cannot meet request/date/quantity/specifications.
• To support internal and external audits activities.
• To support supplier evaluation, selection and performance management processes and documentation.
• To work with team and management to achieve department and company goals.
• Maintain records of purchase plans, purchase orders, budgets and supplier information.
