Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in any field.
• Ability to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Other languages is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist planners in scheduling, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Monitor production progress and ensure schedules are met.
• Confirm orders and reschedule as needed to customer service and sales.
• Coordinate with planners for materials requirements.
• Manage WIP and submit inventory adjustments.
• Generate and monitor work order releases.
• Communicate and update shipment progress.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers according to the committed schedule.
