Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Junior PMO to support project governance, CR tracking, and delivery coordination within the banking domain. The role requires a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle with at least two complete cycles and end-to-end CR tracking from execution through UAT sign-off.

The role emphasizes SDLC governance, stakeholder communication, implementation checklist consolidation, and producing PMO reports and dashboards for management

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience tracking Change Requests from initiation through UAT sign-off and deployment.
• Ability to consolidate implementation checklists and present to CR management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with development teams, testers, and management.
• Proficiency with status tracking, reporting, and documentation tools (MS Excel, Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to prepare concise status reports and dashboards for management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CR progress within defined timelines from execution to UAT sign-off.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on issues, blockers, or challenges.
• Consolidate and review implementation checklists with delivery teams before go-live.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes across all phases and track milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, trackers, and dashboards.
