Job summary

Riverview Rubber Estates Berhad in Ipoh, Perak invites applications for an Estate Operations Supervisor. You will support the manager in developing and managing the overall plantation operations, planning future development, land development, and FFB production.

You will supervise planting, field maintenance and nursery activities, promote good agricultural practices, ensure compliance with MSPO/RSPO, and lead estate staff with clear communication and timely reporting to head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or plantation-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work and live in a plantation environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in developing and managing overall plantation operations and future development.
• Assist in all phases of estate operations: land development, cost, HR, worker management, planting practices and methods, and FFB production.
• Supervise oil palm planting, field maintenance and nursery management.
• Propose and implement good agricultural practices as needed.
• Ensure estate is managed to standard per MSPO/RSPO and company requirements.
• Provide leadership to estate staff to achieve targets and deliver good performance.
• Maintain regular communication and reporting to department head/head office.
• Support modernization of estate practices with MSPO/RSPO awareness.
