Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a bakery pastry production attendant to prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. You will work to ensure consistent quality and safety in every batch.

You will use baking and measuring tools safely, follow recipes, read instructions, store utensils properly, and be ready to perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads / pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
• Ensure production of good quality products.
• Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products.
• Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time
• Ability to read and follow recipes
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
