Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-facing team member to warmly greet customers, advise on baked goods, and handle payments. You will assist shoppers, ensure proper packing, and help maintain attractive displays.

The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and involves maintaining outlet cleanliness and supporting promotions and stock management.

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Respond to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.
• Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.
• Taking order and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
