Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a bakery operative to prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking and decorating. You will ensure high-quality production, comply with food safety and personal hygiene policies, and handle baking tools safely.

Qualifications

• Prepare breads / pastries per recipes and instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Follow and ensure food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene.
• Ensure proper storage of baking utensils.
• Experience with doughs, fillings, proofing, baking and decorating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads / pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking and decorating.
• Ensure production of good quality products.
• Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment to prepare baked products.
• Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
