Job summary

You will handle baking, prep, and proper kitchen hygiene, support senior chefs, manage mise en place, and adapt to shifts, weekends, and holidays. A genuine passion for pastry and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Background requires culinary/pastry training or equivalent practical kitchen experience.
• Strong basic baking knowledge and attention to detail are essential.
• Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for pastry-making and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prep pastries, desserts, doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes.
• Assist senior chefs with mise en place and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and operate/clean kitchen equipment safely.
