Job summary

Chakra We Care Resources SdnBhd is seeking a Junior Operations & Demand Planning Executive for a full‑time, on‑site role in PJ, Selangor. You will support management in setting strategic operations goals, plan long‑range objectives, and monitor product quality through testing and audits.

Overseas travel may be required to supervise manufacturing quality. The position involves liaising with suppliers, coordinating forecasts, and ensuring alignment between demand and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in operations or demand planning is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overseas and work on-site in PJ, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with management to develop strategic operations goals.
• Develop long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of products to ensure quality.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Identify new manufacturers and liaise with suppliers for quality issues.
• Record and analyze vendor performance reports and customer complaints.
• Handle customer quality issues and select suitable vendors for contract manufacturers.
• Travel overseas to supervise product quality during manufacturing.
• Gather supplier quotations and select laboratories for testing.
• Prepare monthly and rolling demand forecasts and coordinate production with manufacturers.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Junior Operation & Demand Planning Executive located in PJ, Selangor. The Junior Executive will be responsible to communicate with management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long‑range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of products to ensure product quality. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformance issues.

• Identify new manufacturer and develop according to the customer’s request
• Liaise with suppliers for quality‑related issues and conduct supplier audit
• Record and analyze vendor performance reports from incoming and complaints from customers
• Handle complaints received from customers on quality issues
• Make the selection and qualify the suitable vendor for contract manufacturers
• Required to travel overseas to supervise and monitor product quality during the manufacturing process
• Gather supplier quotations and select the suitable laboratory service for laboratory testing
• Collect and consolidate sales forecasts, confirmed orders and market requirements to prepare monthly and rolling demand forecasts.
• Coordinate production requirements with manufacturers/OEMs based on demand, inventory and confirmed orders.
• Conduct audits and evaluations of existing and prospective manufacturers, OEMs and key suppliers.
• Preferably with Food or Health Supplement Production/Manufacturing Line background.
