Job summary

NEWZ HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive Junior/Senior Product Executive (Mandarin speaker) to support product development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration in Malaysia.

You will assist with market research, vendor negotiations, and the development of training materials for new products. The role focuses on nutrition, cosmetics, and related products, with responsibilities spanning from concept to commercialization and supporting sales and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology/Food Science major/Marketing.
• 1–2 years experience in product development/market research/Marketing in cosmetics or nutrition.
• Strong interest in nutrition and product development; attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial to speak with Mandarin-speaking vendors.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product team.
• Search for new supplement & cosmetic products.
• Select vendors and negotiate pricing for related products.
• Manage the development and commercialization process and assigned products.
• Supervise the direct development process.
• Design & create product training material.
• Discuss with Sales/Customer Service for problems & queries of customers and provide solutions.
• Other duties assigned by the direct line Manager.

• Others duties assigned by the direct line Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology/Food Science major/Marketing
• 1-2 years experience in product development/market research/Marketing, Cosmetic or nutrition industry
• Passion & interest in Nutrition, cosmetic and product development related activities
• Problem solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficiary in order to speak to Manadarin speaker vendor.

Junior Product salary = RM2500-RM3000
