Job summary

HCLTech Malaysia seeks enthusiastic fresh graduates with a strong Korean language foundation to transition into the IT networking realm. You will gain hands-on experience in Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security under guided mentorship.

You’ll begin an intensive development program including Networking training, onboarding, beginner-to-advanced labs, CCNA prep, and Korean language immersion to foster cultural fluency for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Near-native fluency in Korean (written and spoken). TOPIK 5/6 is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Strong interest in IT networking career.
• 0 to 1 year of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Korean-speaking end-customers, under guidance.
• Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Korean.
• Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
