This development track blends IT networking training with language immersion to launch careers in Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security.

You will assist engineers, document issues in English and Japanese, and follow security and process standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Near-native fluency in Japanese (written and spoken). Language certifications such as JLPT N1/N2 are a plus but not mandatory.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Strong interest in building a career in IT networking field.

Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Japanese-speaking end-customers, under guidance.
Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Japanese.
Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
