HCL Technologies Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking fresh graduates with a solid foundation in Korean language to transition into IT networking. You will gain hands-on experience in Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security.
As part of the development program, you will receive comprehensive networking training, onboarding, CCNA preparation, and Korean language immersion.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Korean-speaking end-customers, under guidance.
Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Korean.
Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Near-native fluency in Korean (written and spoken). Language certifications such as TOPIK 6 or 5 are a plus but not mandatory.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Strong interest in building a career in IT networking field.
