Qualifications

• Near-native fluency in Japanese (written and spoken).
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• 0 to 1 year of working experience is acceptable for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting network incidents for Japanese-speaking end-customers.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in English and Japanese.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members across tiers and stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements.
