Job summary

This program offers hands-on exposure to IT networking including Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security.

As a new hire, you'll support senior engineers, document issues in English and Japanese, and follow security and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, CS, or related field.
• Near-native fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 a plus).
• Good English communication (written and verbal).
• 0 to 1 year of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Japanese-speaking end-customers, under guidance.
• Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Japanese.
• Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
