Job summary

ZEMPOT MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a junior position to support user acquisition (UA) and marketing operations for mobile games, with a strong emphasis on the Taiwanese market. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign execution, performance data, and creative operations, ideal for those who want to grow in mobile game marketing.

You will collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce assets, monitor budgets, track metrics, and assist in ASO and A/B tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data, or related field.
• Strong passion for mobile games.
• Basic understanding of data and marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Internship or projects in marketing, performance marketing, or game operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital/performance marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of Taiwanese market and local user preferences preferred.
• Proficiency in Korean, English, and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor channel-specific budget utilization and track daily performance metrics
• Track key funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, CPA) and flag any anomalies
• Assist with ASO updates, including keywords, creative assets, and store descriptions
• Manage App Store and Google Play product pages and support A/B test operations
• Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce marketing assets and manage project schedules
• Assist in designing creative/asset A/B tests and conducting basic performance analysis
• Help prepare marketing performance reports
