Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring engineering, maintenance, and project activities.
• Support site inspections, preventive maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of engineering systems.
• Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company SOP, and safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project and operational performance.
• Perform ad-hoc engineering tasks assigned by supervisors.
