Job summary

Wei Kwang Electrical & Air-Cond Engineering Works in Johor Bahru invites applications for a supervisory role in M&E construction. Diploma or higher in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is required, with at least 1 year of supervision experience and a Class D driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• 1 year's experience in supervision of M & E construction project.
• With Class D driving license.
• Fresh Graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures & schedule.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Prepare and schedule orders and deliveries of building materials.
• Carry out inspection and tests to ensure that work done has meet to the quality requirement.
• Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
• Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is detected.

Skills

Experience in M&E supervision

Class D driving license

Education
