Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, maintenance, or backend roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot development.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments (RHEL or equivalent).
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c and SQL troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 application maintenance and production support for CEW & PDR applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Monitor health, performance, and batch processing activities.
• Support deployments, configurations, and maintenance across environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
• Assist in enhancements, bug fixes, and minor development tasks.
• Ensure security compliance and operational stability.
• Participate in release activities and post-deployment support.
