Job summary

Randstad Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting a Sales professional to drive the IVF portfolio across Klang Valley, aiming to secure preferred brand status in fertility units and grow market share.

You will build partnerships with fertility specialists, embryologists and O&G consultants through field visits and evidence-based updates, while delivering data-driven account plans and reviews to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Science disciplines.
• 2–3 years of sales or key account management experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare sectors.
• Proven commercial acumen with strategic thinking and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive IVF portfolio growth across Klang Valley, achieving sales targets.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships with fertility specialists, embryologists, and O&G consultants.
• Execute data-driven account plans and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership and clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities with marketing and medical teams.
• Ensure operational excellence and regulatory/compliance alignment during product launches.
