Job summary

Ssquad Global in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a driven Junior Business Development Executive to support IT & Cybersecurity growth. You will assist in lead generation, client outreach, and tender/quotation coordination to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2 years in B2B sales or IT sales, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. Fresh graduates with enthusiasm are welcome.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years in Business Development, Inside Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest may be considered.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Interest or basic understanding of IT/Cybersecurity solutions is an advantage.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Valid eligibility/work authorization to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support business development, lead generation, and new client acquisition.
• Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Assist in engaging with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers.
• Promote IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services.
• Identify and track tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and quotation opportunities.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal technical, presales, and commercial teams for tender and quotation requirements.
• Monitor submission deadlines and maintain tender/quotation records.
• Support client follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Assist with customer relationship management and post-submission follow-ups.
