Job summary

REQA BINA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our design team. You will translate client briefs into concept sketches, develop layouts and select finishes, furniture and materials within budget.

With a Bachelor's in Interior Design or related field and at least 3 years of experience, you will leverage AutoCAD and 3Ds Max to present compelling concepts and coordinate with suppliers and construction teams on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 3 years of interior design experience.
• Knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
• Understanding of space planning principles.
• Ability to develop and present design concepts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max.

Responsibilities

• Work with Interior Design team to develop design solutions.
• Research concepts and materials to support design on technical issues.
• Coordinate tasks with timely schedules to reach project completion.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations.
• Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes within budget.
• Manage projects: quotations, client liaison, and documentation.
• Write work program, completion reports and project reports.
• Oversee procurement, budgets and sample preparation.
• Site supervision experience.

• Must know how to manage a project provide quotation, liaise with client
• Know how to write work program, write completion report and project report
• Someone good with procurement, project budget and sample preparation
• Experience on Site supervision.
