Job summary

REQA BINA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. You will develop and present design concepts, select furnishings, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to realize projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max. On-site supervision and budget awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 3 years relevant interior design experience.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
• Demonstrate understanding of basic principles of space planning.
• Able to develop and present design concepts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max.

Responsibilities

• Work with Interior Design team to develop design solutions.
• Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
• Coordinate tasks to meet project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct on-site observation and provide recommendations to streamline projects.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations.
• Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes within budget.
• Manage projects, provide quotations, and liaise with clients.
• Write work program, project completion report and project report.
• Assist with procurement, project budgeting and sample preparation.
• Oversee site supervision.

• Someone good with procurement, project budget and sample preparation
• Experience on Site supervision.
