Shopee is seeking a Junior Foreman for SPX Express in Setia Alam to oversee routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You will handle tasks like servicing, battery and brake work, wiring and air conditioning, tyre services, and Puspakom readiness, within a defined work week.

We value hands-on technicians with 1–3 years of workshop experience, good diagnostic skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or workshop management.
• Hands-on experience with battery, brake, wiring, air conditioning and tyre services.
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve mechanical/electrical issues.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine maintenance tasks including servicing and repairs as listed.
• Prepare vehicles for Puspakom inspection.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Handle routine maintenance tasks such as scheduled repair & maintenance (minor & major servicing), battery checks and replacement, brake repairs & maintenance, electrical wirings, aircond repair and maintenance, tyre repair & maintenance, tyre balancing and alignment.
• Puspakom inspection readiness.
• To carry out any ad hoc tasks from time to time.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Automotive Technology or Motor Vehicle Mechanics or any related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or workshop management.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle repairs, including battery, brake, wiring, air conditioning, and tyre services.
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve mechanical/electrical issues.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly and effectively.
• Working pattern : 5 days week, Monday to Friday (Saturday if required will be considered OT), 9am - 7pm
