Job summary

Job Description

Support day-to-day machine monitoring and maintenance to ensure smooth business operation. Attend to breakdown and maintenance complaints promptly. Carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment and scheduled maintenance works according to the checklist at designated areas/sites. Perform minor repair and diagnose faults. Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machine where required. Maintain proper record of machines and machine service history. Perform ad hoc or other jobs as assigned by the engineer. Assist Lead Engineers to review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintenance program. Obtaining, designing special component, fixture, fitting.

Working pattern & location

Willing to work on rotational shifts.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems
• Experience in a warehouse environment would be an added advantage
• Experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and controlling system
• Have strong knowledge in repairing mechanical parts e.g. conveyor belt, roller, barring etc.
• Have knowledge in Warehouse Controlling Systems / Integration solutions with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Able to read and utilize mechanical & electrical schematics to assist in troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electronic components
• Good in Material Flow Control software
