Compass Beam Capital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Executive to lead financial operations, drive reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-growing firm.

You will manage treasury, ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, and mentor the finance team while collaborating with auditors and tax agents.

Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Banking with 3+ years' experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in XERO and MS Office are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in finance/accountancy/banking.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a role handling full sets of management accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and XERO.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly and yearly closings and financial reporting structures.
• Manage daily finance operations, treasury, banking, and working capital.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and asset management processes.
• Enhance internal controls and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Lead and develop the finance team and handle ad-hoc projects.
