Job summary

Compass Beam Capital is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to lead financial operations, reporting, and budgeting in a fast-growing environment. You will manage treasury, forecasting, asset oversight, and internal controls while supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights.

You will work closely with auditors and tax agents, strengthen policies, and develop a capable finance team. English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential for daily communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA).
• Minimum 3 years in finance with full management accounts experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; XERO accounting software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; adaptable to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting structure internally and externally with timely closings.
• Manage daily finance operations including treasury, banking and working capital.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and asset management processes.
• Ensure compliance, liaise with auditors and tax agents, strengthen internal controls.
• Lead and develop the finance team; handle ad-hoc projects and presentations.
