Job summary

ZMC TECHNOLOGIES provides field service and technical support for AOI equipment installed at customer sites. You will be responsible for installation, setup, testing and commissioning, together with preventive maintenance and routine servicing.

You will troubleshoot alarms, hardware faults, software issues and basic vision-related problems, support machine recovery to minimise downtime, and assist with calibration and system verification as part of a global service team.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or automation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reading electrical drawings, schematics and manuals.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia and overseas for training or support.
Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

Provide field service and technical support for AOI equipment at customer sites.
Install, set up, test, and commission equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
Troubleshoot alarms, hardware faults, software issues, and basic vision problems.
Support machine recovery to minimize downtime.
Assist in calibration, alignment and basic system verification.
