LUV SWEETTOOTH ENTERPRISE in Penang invites an enthusiastic junior to join our events team. You will assist in quotations, proposals, and sales documents while communicating with clients and supporting the sales group during busy event periods.

Ideal candidates have some experience in sales, customer service, or admin, and are eager to learn about the wedding industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organization are valued traits for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or admin support is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred).
• Interest in the event/wedding industry and a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales-related documents
• Follow up with clients on payments, confirmation details, or required information
• Follow up with clients via call and WhatsApp
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, invoice preparation and scheduling
• Help maintain records and update client details
• Support sales team in communication, scheduling and coordination tasks
• Assist with research or pricing for event items
• Occasionally help during client meetings or on-site work
• Provide basic customer service and post-event follow-up
