Job summary

LUV SWEETTOOTH ENTERPRISE in Malaysia is seeking a reliable event crew member to support setup, decoration, and on-site logistics. You will join the sales and design teams to understand event flow, prepare checklists, load and unload items, and help maintain a safe, organized venue. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend and holiday work may be required.

Good teamwork and problem-solving are essential. Willingness to stand for long hours and work during peak periods will help ensure smooth event

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or above.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication in Malay, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Join internal discussions with sales & design team to understand event flow and theme.
• Assist in preparing checklists, packing lists and loading schedules.
• Load, unload and arrange event items in an orderly, safe manner.
• Setup wedding or party decorations on-site (according to design brief).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space.
• Inspect and record equipment condition after use.
• Pack up and dismantle decorations and equipment after the event.
• Support logistics, inventory tracking and general event preparation work.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock order in warehouse/store.
