Job summary

Denshi Maruwa Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its engineering team in Malaysia and offering fresh graduates and junior engineers a hands-on start in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Successful candidates will undergo up to six months of intensive technical training at the company’s China facility, with subsequent return to Malaysia to apply new skills locally. The role involves supporting daily manufacturing activities, production process monitoring, and coordinating between Malaysia

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Willing to travel to ShenZhen, China for 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production engineering activities.
• Assist engineers in production process monitoring, improvement and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate technical matters between Malaysia plant and China headquarters.
• Participate in production process improvement and efficiency projects.
• Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain engineering, production and process-related documentation.
• Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
• Undergo up to 6 months of intensive technical training at the China facility.
• Support the implementation of technical knowledge and production standards upon return to Malaysia.
• Assist in conducting technical training and knowledge sharing for local operators.
• Support in establishing and improving SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform other engineering and production-related duties.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments to resolve operational issues.

• Undergo upto 6 months of intensive technical training at the company's China facility.

• Upon returning to Malaysia, support the implementation of technical knowledge and production standards gained during the training.

• Assist in conducting technical training and knowledge sharing for local production operators and employees.

• Support the engineering team in establishing and improving standard operating procedures and work instructions.

• Perform other engineering and production-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of manufacturing/production experience are also welcome.

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with colleagues and management in Malaysia and China.

• Willing to travel to and be stationed in ShenZhen, China for approximately 3–6 months for technical training.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop in the manufacturing industry.

• Passionate about engineering, production improvement, Quality and technical knowledge sharing.

• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
