Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an architectural drafter to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related software, focusing on floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. You will read and interpret building plans, technical specifications, and project requirements, conduct site measurements, and ensure drawings reflect actual conditions.

Collaborating with the project team, contractors, and production department, you will ensure compliance with standards,

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand building plans, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Possess basic knowledge of building structures, construction materials, and finishing works.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage tasks according to the stipulated deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D & 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related software.
• Prepare layout plans, construction drawings, detail drawings, and shop drawings according to project specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and ensure all drawings accurately reflect the actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, subcontractors, and production department to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all drawings comply with technical standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
