Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Draughtsman to create 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. The role requires coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate construction drawings reflect site conditions.

Responsibilities include layout and shop drawings, plus ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements. Collaboration with contractors and production teams is essential for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in preparing floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Able to read and understand building plans, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Possess basic knowledge of building structures, construction materials, and finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D & 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related software.
• Prepare layout plans, construction drawings, detail drawings, and shop drawings according to project specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and ensure all drawings accurately reflect the actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, subcontractors, and production department to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all drawings comply with technical standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
