Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a design-focused architect/ draftsman to create architectural drawings from sketches, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate drafting and scope delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing complete drawings, attending site visits, and assisting with administrative tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome, with Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good interpersonal, coordination and responsibility.
• Mandarin language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and prepare architectural drawings from sketches.
• Liaise with departments to determine drafting requirements and scope.
• Prepare complete, accurate drawings with checking and coordination.
• Attend site visits to assess design implementation.
• Assist with minor admin tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop and prepare architectural drawings from original sketches.

Liaise with other departments to determine drafting requirements, gather information, and clarify the scope of work.

Prepare complete and accurate drawings, including thorough checking and coordination.

Attend site visit to assess the quality of the design implementation.

Assist with minor administrative tasks.

Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

Experience in architectural or related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD)

Good interpersonal, coordination and responsibility.

Candidates fluent who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.
