Job summary

Roraya Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an architectural drafter to prepare 2D and 3D drawings and ensure accuracy against project specs. You will read building plans, coordinate with the project team, and produce layout and shop drawings in line with standards.

Responsibilities include site measurements, ensuring drawings reflect site conditions, and adherence to client requirements. Benefits include EPF, medical, annual leave, and yearly bonus or increment.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in preparing floor plans, sections, elevations and construction details.
• Able to read and understand building plans, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Possess basic knowledge of building structures, construction materials and finishing works.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage tasks according to the stipulated deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D & 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related software.
• Prepare layout plans, construction drawings, detail drawings, and shop drawings according to project specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and ensure all drawings accurately reflect the actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, subcontractors, and production department to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all drawings comply with technical standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
