Innovative Hub (MY) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant (Digital Marketing) to join our growth-minded team. Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided, and your income can grow with performance as you build relationships with SMEs.

Offering a basic salary plus travel and parking claims, with an attractive commission potential. You will identify clients, present digital marketing solutions, arrange meetings, and maintain CRM records to help meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years’ experience accepted.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach potential business clients.
• Introduce digital marketing solutions to SMEs.
• Arrange and attend client appointments, online or face-to-face.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain sales activities and client records in CRM.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Basic salary: RM2,500 per month
• Travelling claim: up to RM400 per month, subject to eligibility
• Office parking claim: up to RM200 per month, subject to eligibility

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach potential business clients.
• Introduce suitable digital marketing solutions to SMEs.
• Arrange and attend client appointments, online and face-to-face.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and client records in the CRM.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Comfortable meeting new people and building business relationships.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Own transport is an advantage for client visits.
