Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to engage with new and existing customers, understand their objectives, and recommend digital advertising solutions. You will work with a dedicated technical team for implementation and support.

The role offers a basic salary of RM 9,800 per month with a performance incentive of up to RM 1,800 monthly, and a customer-focused, consultative sales environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Role Overview

This is a consultative Sales & Marketing role where you will engage with new and existing customers, understand their business objectives, recommend suitable digital advertising solutions, and help them maximize the value of online marketing products.

Comprehensive product and process training will be provided. Technical implementation and advanced product-related support are handled by a dedicated technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new and existing customers via phone, email, and chat.

Understand customers' business goals and recommend suitable digital advertising solutions.

Guide customers in upgrading their existing advertising products and services.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical support team when required.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product-related guidance.

Promote approved digital marketing content across relevant online platforms.

Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients where applicable.

Drive product adoption and enhance the overall customer experience.

Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in the required language.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Online Sales, Inside Sales, Advertising, Customer Success, or a related field.

Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
