Job summary

Rimini Street, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Jr. Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery within Professional Services. You will support the Global Professional Services team, manage timesheets, onboarding, and invoicing data.

This hybrid role interfaces with multiple service delivery functions to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in delivery or project management, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Delivery or Project Management within Professional Services/Consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage delivery of projects.
• Assist in maintaining a regional project dashboard.
• Onboard resources and coordinate with Regional Professional Services teams, Contingent Workforce, IT and Environment Access.
• Create and maintain resource rosters.
• Ensure timely reporting of project timesheets and reconciliation with invoicing data.
• Assist in accurate and timely billing to clients and payment to contractors.
• Produce adhoc reports.
