Job summary

SK intellix Malaysia is seeking a proactive business planning assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support market research, strategic planning, data analysis, and reporting for management meetings and corporate planning exercises.

You will help track KPIs, coordinate cross-functional activities, and evaluate new business opportunities while assisting in sustainability and ESG reporting. A Bachelor degree in business fields and strong English/Malay communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field.
• Preferably 1 year of related working experience.
• Junior Executive specializing in Management or equivalent.
• Strong English and Malay communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, business opportunities and potential risks.
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate strategic plans by coordinating with internal stakeholders and business units.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze business data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic planning materials for management meetings, business reviews, and corporate planning exercises.
• Assist in tracking departmental and corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely reporting and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, investment proposals, and business improvement initiatives through preliminary analysis and research.
• Assist in the preparation of sustainability, ESG, corporate performance, and strategic management reports as required by management.
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and business transformation activities assigned by management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

Job Requirement
