Job summary

Menara Maxis is offering an internship opportunity aimed at developing innovative AI-powered solutions within the IT Solution Architecture team. The selected intern will work closely with professionals to design, develop, and refine AI applications while gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an AI-powered agent to enhance internal productivity and streamline workflows within the IT Solution Architecture team. Apply AI/ML concepts to build practical, impactful solutions for real business challenges.
• Document the full development lifecycle, including design decisions, technical approaches, challenges encountered, and final outcomes, to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency for future improvements and scalability.
• Design and implement a structured assessment flow for internal teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision‑making processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with operational needs.
• Measure effectiveness of implemented solutions by gathering user feedback and performance data. Continuously refine and enhance the AI agent and workflows based on insights and evolving requirements.
• Work on an innovative project that integrates AI/ML to improve productivity, contributing creative ideas and technical solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Value‑Added Project – The intern will work on a high‑impact innovation project focused on applying AI/ML to improve the productivity of the IT Solution Architecture team. This includes developing intelligent tools, optimizing workflows, and gaining practical experience in solving real‑world business challenges through technology.
