Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites a dynamic sales professional to promote hire purchase financing products to used car dealers and agents. Build and expand dealer networks, develop partnerships, and drive financing volumes through strategic marketing and market insight.

The role requires 2–4 years in finance-related services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the region. A related diploma/degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 2–4 years’ experience in hire purchase, auto loans, or financial services
• Strong network with automotive dealers (used car) is preferred
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hire purchase financing products to used car dealers and agents
• Build and expand dealer and partner networks to grow hire purchase financing volume
• Develop strategies to secure new partnerships and identify market opportunities
• Plan and execute marketing/advertising campaigns to support sales
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes
• Conduct market research and provide timely reports to management
• Ensure smooth loan applications and compliance with policies
