Job summary

CAPITAL TEMASEK SDN. BHD. is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Melaka/Southern Johor team. You will drive Hire Purchase sales, expand our USED CAR dealer network, and build strong relationships with partners to penetrate the market.

The role demands at least 2 years in sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Hire Purchase sales targets and cross selling targets.
• Source and develop USED CAR dealers base to ensure effective market penetration.
• Maintain strong business rapport with car dealers and customers.
• Regularly review market strategy and action plans to achieve targets.
• Conduct site visits for verification and risk mitigation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiar in car industry.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills; multi-lingual skills are an advantage. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
