Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a sales-focused finance professional to promote hire purchase financing for used car dealers and agents. You will expand dealer networks and identify market opportunities to grow financing volume.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in hire purchase or auto loans, a strong dealer network, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Travel may be involved to build partnerships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 2–4 years’ experience in hire purchase, auto loans, or financial services
• Strong network with automotive dealers (used car) is preferred
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hire purchase financing products to used car dealers and agents
• Build and expand dealer and partner networks to grow hire purchase financing volume
• Develop strategies to secure new partnerships and identify market opportunities
• Plan and execute marketing/advertising campaigns to support sales
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes
• Conduct market research and provide timely reports to management
• Ensure smooth loan applications and compliance with policies
