Job summary

Hitachi eBworx in Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate or early-career analyst to gather, analyze, and manage user requirements and translate them into practical solutions for banking clients.

You will lead workshops, deliver presentations, create user documentation, test scripts, and provide support across the project lifecycle, collaborating with internal and customer teams. This role offers exposure to modern financial tech and growth through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar business consulting or analyst role will be an advantage.
