Job summary

Hitachi eBworx Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a full-time Associate Business Analyst (Software) to join our Petaling Jaya, Selangor team. You will analyze business requirements and drive IT project delivery supporting strategic objectives.

You will develop innovative solutions, gather and manage user requirements, lead workshops for bank clients, and create documentation and training materials while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar business consulting or analyst role is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn and self-motivated.
• Flexible, independent and a team player.
